Rose Day

The piece I am submitting is called "Bloodrose". I created it by literally taking apart a real rose, impressing the surface textures onto clay, then reconstructing the whole with garnet accents. There's a loop in the back which helps me to affix this directly into my hair.

The second piece is a pin which is produced in the same way albeit much smaller, with a ruby mounted in the centre.
