"It’s an avocado salt cellar which I made for a wedding present. I had never made anything so big before and I was afraid it wouldn’t fire properly on my gas hob, but it did! It was made using Siligum to mould the avacado, then I just presssed the clay into it. The tags have the couple’s names and the date of the wedding inscribed on them, and they also helped to balance it correctly. They never said whether or not they liked it but we’re still friends!"
