Shipping

In order to keep the shipping costs down to a minimum, the shipping costs are based on the weight of your order.  This ensures that you get the best possible price even if you order a single small item.

In order to work out the cost of shipping we need to know two things..

e.g. one 16g PMC starter kit, sent to the UK, would (at time of writing) cost £5.08 or £11.22 if sent to the United States.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail and will require a signature upon delivery.  We can deliver to an alternative address if you think you may not at home when the postman comes (UK Only).

Guarantee
If you are unhappy with your purchase, and in accordance with the "Distance Selling Regulations 2000" you are entitled to a "cooling-off" period of 7 days, during which time you must let us know you are unhappy. If we cannot resolve your issue, you are entitled to a full refund as long as the product is returned to us, unused and in a saleable condition, within 30 days.
